🏅 Participating in the 2025 Outstanding Student Selection (Pilmapres)

📌 Activity Description

In 2025, I was selected to represent the Software Engineering Program of ITESA Muhammadiyah Semarang in the Outstanding Student Selection (Pilmapres) at the regional level (LLDIKTI Region VI – Central Java).

Pilmapres is a prestigious annual competition held by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to identify Indonesia’s top undergraduate and diploma students based on academic achievements, creative thinking, and social impact.

✨ Preparation Highlights

• 📝 Creative Idea Essay: Addressing the topic of digital literacy and environmental hoaxes, featuring a case study on manipulated AI images of Raja Ampat’s ecosystem damage.
• 🎬 English Presentation Video: A 5-minute motivational speech, delivered in one continuous take, exploring a unique SDGs-related issue.
• 📁 Portfolio of Outstanding Achievements (CU): Compiling documentation of academic, organizational, and innovative activities.
• 📄 Official Recommendation Letter from the university’s Vice Rector for Student Affairs.

🎯 Objectives & Impact

My goals in joining this competition include:

• Improving my critical thinking, scientific communication, and public speaking skills.
• Contributing to Sustainable Development Goals through real-world ideas and initiatives.
• Inspiring fellow students to be more active, impactful, and achievement-oriented.
